At Carpet Underlay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring foundation. If your order is not quite right, you can return unused and unopened rolls within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the correct return address.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the underlay is in its original packaging and securely taped to prevent damage during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip inside.

  Ship the Package

  Send the items back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
