Can I reuse my existing underlay?
We generally recommend against it. Old underlay often loses its elasticity and can hold dust and allergens, which prevents your new carpet from sitting correctly and lasting its full lifespan.
How do I choose the right thickness?
For high-traffic areas like stairs and hallways, a denser 9mm underlay is ideal. For bedrooms and lounges where comfort is priority, a 11mm or 12mm thickness is recommended.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for urgent home renovation projects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, full rolls of underlay in their original packaging. Please note that cut-to-size orders are non-refundable.
